With a mellow, familiar and usually lethargic quality this snow patrol-like release probably won’t turn many heads. ‘Lights Off’ is a Floydish standout, as is college-radio friendly ‘Money Babies.’ “Missiles” is an album to eat a sandwich to, as long as you’re not eating out of hunger.
