Chords to nowhere, tuneless harmonies, and banally romantic lyrics plague this album’s wannabe rock sensibilities, making for laborious listening. Production quality that sounds like the bottom of a rain barrel never lets the sentimental soar; but perhaps just as well since sugary songs from the heart rot the sweet tooth.
