This is world music in the best possible sense. Transcending any particular language, style, or background, A&M infuse this album with an infectious spirit of affection and a willingness to evolve, as on the electro-tinged, Damon Albarn produced single “Sabali”. To paraphrase Albarn, “you won’t find anything more genuine or ecstatic.”
