The single, "Pop Singer," is a slow-burning cautionary tale about the perils of celebrity. The remainder of the EP is searing electro-pop, and it's Aidan Bogosian's vocals that stoke the coals, eschewing the fleeting fame of pop singers for a different form of temporality – the surrender to the dance floor.
