Within last year's bleak hip-hop oeuvre, it’s hard to find a more uplifting release than Boy Meets World. Even at their darkest (contemplating suicide: “When She Calls,” growing up in a broken home: “Life as a Shorty”) Fashawn’s lyrics and Exile’s beats brim with positivity. Nod your head and smile.
