I gave this a courtesy listen two weeks ago and haven’t stopped listening since. It’s a cool, relaxed album with driving undercurrents of intensity and intention. Playful guitars feature throughout, layered on wickedly precise, occasionally marshall drumming. Falsetto and vocals just at the break contribute to the album’s pleasing insistence.
