A gritty departure from Saddle Creek’s standard roster, Dusk is catchy and easy to love. While the drumming takes some surprising turns, the lyrics are direct and honest. Visceral guitars mesh with cathartic vocals, resulting in pure hard rock without the frills and gimmicks - precisely the way it should be.
