A solid, excellently compiled album. Sparse and spare, Takka's long, searching repetitions/iterations give Migration an antsy, unsettled—and deeply familiar—feel. Though I wish there were a higher arrival-to-repetition ratio, the atmospheric, sometimes weirdly spacey tracks should earn it a prominent spot on your playlist.
