Parts cheeky and introspective, a sense of humor pervades these faintly lounge-ish tracks; lounge meaning Holiday Inn, not the latest Ultra Chill album. Unapologetically happy lyrics over a bouncy beat are the best introduction you could hope for before the first dance under a popcorn ceiling and glittery disco ball.
