Hopefully most of you are breaking out the shorts by now, if not merely packing up your winter jackets, because there's a lot of heat being generated around touring bands. It's the best season for getting out and having adventures, and these bands are joining the summer fun: Friendly Fires, Hercules & Love Affair, Yeasayer, Those Darlins, EMA and The Hold Steady. Also, break out the beer cozy for Seattle's Capitol Hill Block Party, whose first line-up announcement features the likes of TV On The Radio, Battles, Handsome Furs, Fucked Up and Champagne Champagne. Grab all the details below, plus hear the latest single from Yeasayer's opening act Wiseblood, "@fuckwiseblood," above!
