I am a shameless Animal Collective whore. Seeing them live after Merriweather Post Pavilion came out was one of most dynamic shows I have ever attended. So, naturally, when a single off of Avey Tare's upcoming solo album, Down There, pops up for download I'm going to share it with you.
And squeal like a little girl about it. Be glad you can't hear that and instead can surround yourself synth-produced sax trills and spaceship blips. Enjoy above and download below, and mark the days until October 26 when the album drops.

P.S. Avey finally designed some shoes! They benefit the earth, too.
