New Sub Pop signees, Beach House, will be delivering on their contract soon, releasing a new album entitled Teen Dream on Jan. 26, 2010. I know we all would prefer a stocking stuffer release, but what can you do? Just fire up Devotion one more time and cross your fingers for a first listen sometime soon. Also, whether it was done out of pure creativity or to entice you to forget about the illegal option, the album will include a DVD filled with videos for every song on the record. This is great news and for the curious, I'll post songs as I find them.
