It's in the middle of Conductive Alliance's new song, "Dark Flowers" that the unraveling spool of soundwaves that has been beckoning you forward since the beginning, take out the last of the thread and reveal the short shouts that make a listen worth your time. It's like you've stumbled in on an Arcade Fire rehearsal just as they are putting the finishing touches on a new track. It's a brief moment, but it is here where you can hear this group's potential and isn't that why you started reading music blogs in the first place? To find potential and the first gasp of the new? Well this is brand new and I know I want to hear more. Check it out and if you like it, they will be releasing their Water Glyph EP (the one the song comes from) soon.
