Conor Oberst, the acclaimed Dylanesque singer/songwriter of Bright Eyes fame, has released his second eponymously-titled album with the Mystic Valley Band--Outer South. While this is no Highway 61 Revisited and the Mystic Valley Band is certainly not The Band, the 29-year-old Oberst adds another solid folk/rock gem to an already wildly productive career.
