Due to a legal dispute with EMI records, NPR reports, the anticipated Danger Mouse and Sparklehorse collaboration Dark Night of the Soul may never officially receive a release date. Meanwhile, Danger Mouse says he plans to release the companion book--which contains over 100 pages of David Lynch photography--with a blank recordable CD-R labeled: "For Legal Reasons, enclosed CD-R contains no music. Use it as you will."
