This makes sense now why when I tried to find tracks by Holy Ghost! after I saw them in August that there were none to be found. They haven't even put out a debut album yet! Well, that's all about to change. Self-titled and scheduled for an April 5 release, Holy Ghost! has a single you can check out above called "Do It Again." Rhythmic vocals and elegantly layering of slinking synths make this track the perfect palate for throwing your own moves into.
They got a little help on their album from the likes of Juan MacLean, Michael McDonald, Luke Jenner and the late Jerry Fuchs, and if you're living in NYC or even visiting on February 2, you can hear the album played live in its entirety at the Mercury Lounge. Hell, I'd pay for a 9-hour train ride to see them live again. For now though I'll just be blasting "Do It Again" during my 30-minute commute to work . . .
Hear the single above, snag below or buy for the fee of an e-mail at their website.
