Four Tet
Pinnacles by Four Tet

"Pinnacles" is an animal, and I don't mean that in a jungle-roaring kind of way. It's more the rattle of a snake, the subtlety of crabs emerging from the sand or the mischievous panter of a raccoon. Of course, instrumental music, when done appropriately, can conjure all sorts of images without the persuasive presence of words. So what does Four Tet's latest track conjure for you? Hear it via soundcloud above, courtesy its debut on BBC Radio 1 with Gilles Peterson.
