Seattle got a well-rounded performance out of Spoon earlier this year, so what do you say, Los Angeles? Think you can handle all that is Spoon on September 30 at the Palladium? We hope so, because we're giving away two tickets to a lucky contestant! Just email us at melophobe[dot]boston[at]gmail[dot]com with the subject line "Spoon" and let us know how you'd use a spoon to get to that concert or retweet our post at our twitter account.
We'll be taking emails until Sunday evening, and announcing the winner on Monday, September 27.
And to facilitate your excitement – as if you need it – watch Spoon's cover of Jay Reatard's "No Time" from September 12:
