Is your day starting off slow? Coffee not quite kicking in yet? Well I got your jump-start right here, granted you're a sucker for crisp and delightfully dissonant girl garage rock (and if you're not the hand claps will get you). Wild Flag will give you a jolt with the first single off their self-titled debut, "Romance," which premiered over the weekend at WFMU's "The Cherry Blossom Clinic." Combining members of Sleater-Kinney, Helium and Minders, this hard-rocking quartet will release their first in what we hope to be many on September 13. Hear the single via soundcloud while you check out their fall tour dates throughout North America below.
