St. Vincent is using the wonder of social media to make you effing work for your music. As instructed by her upcoming album Strange Mercy's website, tweeting #strangemercy will unlock four short videos and ultimately, a brand new track. The first video has already been unlocked and is available to watch below, and in the time it's taken to put this post together, fans have almost unlocked the second video! A random tweet that flashed by the bottom of the screen also made mention that the code seemed to reveal that we would need about 5,000 more hash tags mentioned in order to get the song. So keep it coming people! We'll have that new track in no time.
