I know I'm a girl, and that it's physically impossible for me to have a boner, but I am genuinely excited right now. Set up as a mock documentary, the video for El Guincho's "Bombay" combines artistic modes of sexual expression with violence, science and various styles of cinematography. Nicolas Mendez directed it as not only a music video but also a trailer for a movie with the same name. El Guincho plays a satirized version of Carl Sagan, launching a tape of I'm guessing his music out into a valley after introducing us in Spanish to the cosmos. What!
Even more, as we are bombarded with images of partially nude girls, ritualistic dances, abducted bunnies and crimes against a stuffed panda in a locker room. Mind = blown.
Hear "Bombay" without the visual bombardment above by downloading it below, or skip all that nonsense and just watch the trailer/music video.

The latest El Guincho album, Pop Negro, is out through through Young Turks.
