Recently, Kill Rock Stars acquired the rights to re-release Elliott Smith's Roman Candle (newly remastered by Smith family archivist, Larry Crane) and From a Basement on the Hill. And now that they have every independent Elliott release under one roof, they want to celebrate and give his fans of gift. Spoiler: it's a previously unreleased song from 1997 called "Cecilia/Amanda." It's a nice gesture and if you want what they are selling, the re-releases come out on April 6th, 2010.
