Neil Young fanatics know that Neil has a knack for digging in the art drawer and pulling out amazing live illustrations to release.
Case(s) in point:
Live Rust
Live at Massey Hall 1971
Sugar Mountain-Canterbury House 1968 and...
Live at the Fillmore East.
The last one is especially mind-blowing, with its epic versions of "Down By The River" and "Cowgirl In The Sand" and whatnot. But, I digress. If you are the type of person, that looks at what I just wrote and gets excited and/or gets an image of Neil grabbing that famous black Les Paul of his and releasing a pre-grunge onslaught on your eardrums, then you'll be happy to know that another archive performance has been picked for release. This one is being pulled from the '92 Harvest Moon tour (which I think is the last real album of his that mattered), so expect some intimate moments and acoustic wonderment. Release date is: November 2nd.
