You get a dichotomy of Noah and the Whale's styles and emotions in their two singles from their upcoming album, Last Night On Earth, which is due for release in March 2011. "L.I.F.E.G.O.E.S.O.N." gets you swaying like a little kid in Sunday school, caught up in the peppy tones and feel-good lyrics. "Wild Thing," conversely, is a little more static and moody. In booze terms, the former is a margarita, and the latter is a bourbon on the rocks.
"Wild Thing" can be caught above and snagged for keeps below, and "L.I.F.E.G.O.E.S.O.N." can be streamed via soundcloud below. It's Friday night: choose your poison and get shitfaced off it.
