Death metal without the double bass drum but with all the strings. At least that's what I thought when hearing Talon's "Peter Pan" that's going to be released on their first full-length album, Hollow Realms, on November 15. Hailing from Hereford in Great Brit, Talons are "forging the explosive energy of hardcore, the subtleties of post-rock and the fractured song structures and complexities associated with math-rock." . . . So says their myspace.
