The slur of the song's title unfolds into a double entendre: mirror and mirage, blended together to have you see before you a hallucination of yourself. You never would have come that image either if it hadn't been for Glasser's clever change in audible phonetics in her single off of Ring, "Mirrorage." When read, it's easy for your brain to separate the two words into mirror and age, but as her pronunciation and the layered, harmonized tracks blend over rapid beats, you start to lose your perception of what it is you see at first, and what is revealed to you.
