Yo La Tengo are splitting their live performances this winter into two 45-minute sets: one left up to a mystery wheel and the other your usual run-o'-the-mill performance. This wheel of chance has several different options, listed on their website and condensed slightly here for your information and musings:

What ever could these mean!? Well, as far as the self-explanatory ones - Songs That Start With S, The Name Game - we can figure it out. Concerning the other options, Yo La Tengo took some time to explain on their site. Freewheeling is a Q&A and Sitcom Theatre is where the band will perform a classic sitcom, and the others have vague descriptions that leave all the mystery still in the game. For example, Condo Fucks is described with the sentence, "50 million Fuckbook fans cant' be wrong!" All this sounds fun as hell though. Here are the tour dates they've got lined up so far:
