Dan Deacon

Dan Deacon's batty new video for "Woof, Woof"

When I wrote about Dan Deacon's Bromst in our best albums of 2009 feature, I said it was created by someone that sounded like they were "off their meds" and this video justifies that statement in spades. Dan Deacon, for one, is a demonic tiger, it's full of crank yanker puppets, there's a bass player with a dog's head...and that's just the tip of the iceberg. It's just a bunch of trippiness for a song that didn't need any help in that department. A weird, but interesting watch.
