Fifty-word review

Magic Central

Borrow It

I’m unclear why Breathe Owl Breathe christened this album Magic Central - their interpretation of indie dream pop works for them, but they're not exactly making bunnies disappear. Wispy guy-girl blends abound, the guitars are spare like broken drums, and it’s all so pretty. But hasn’t Beach House done this already?
