We finally caught up with Nikki, Kelley, Jessi, and Linwood in NYC, having not seen them since last year's SXSW. With our excitement rising for heading back down South, we were thrilled to catch Those Darlins at the Bowery Ballroom. In fact, it rendered us near-speechless. The Bowery was a roiling sea of whiskey and sweat that fateful night, an ocean awash with dripping, screaming guys and gals, and the fact that we walked out alive is testament enough to the excitement-infusing and life-giving aural and visual experience of the Darlins in concert.
