I could see the stagehand loading up the machine with confetti long before it showered the audience midway through OK Go's third song, which I suppose is a fitting analogy for the set itself. It was fun, and visually interesting, but at times it struck me as overly predictable. I'm holding them to a high standard - and songs like "Here We Go Again" and "This Too Shall Pass" delivered on their promise - but I was a little underwhelmed by this Saturday afternoon set. For a band that has built a following and reputation based around wit and creativity, OK Go was a bit uninspired. I'm not a super fan, so I won't claim to know a ton of OK Go songs outside of their hits, but this set didn't exactly convince me to go seek out the B-sides.
