For reggae mythos, there’s no beating the All Stars – other 'Fugees can’t compete. “Living Stone,” implausibly poppy and missing only its M.I.A. cameo, is further evidence happiness inversely tracks circumstance. But alongside bittersweet, island-style bliss à la Damian Marley is arid drumbeat dub – as martially dense as Marley Sr.’s “War.”
