After a year of wondering what "I Didn't Really Need You Anyway" would bring, official news has emerged that Neon Indian's Alan Palomo is releasing his sophomore album, now with the name Era Extraña.
Written during a winter in Helsinki, Palomo delivers tracks with names such as "Polish Girl," "Future Sick," "The Blindside Kiss," "Hex Girlfriend," and a three-piece instrumental bit called "Heart:Attack," "Heart:Decay" and "Heart:Release." A teaser featuring the first in that instrumental series is reposted below in case you missed it a little ways back, and while you groove to the tunes mark your calendars for the album's release on September 13.
