Chad Valley

No, not the British brand of toys or the town in West Midlands, UK, but the flowing organization of audio tracks by Hugo Manuel, also known as Chad Valley. In anticipation of his self-titled EP release November 16 (via Cascine), "Ensoniq Funk" hits the blogosphere with a bit of 80s vibe to go with the modern movement of chillwave. Blurred out vocals tie-in horn samples to give this escalating single cohesion and a vague sexiness that comes from anything that makes you close your eyes and just sway.

It also doesn't hurt that the only lyric I can pull out is, "I want you girl."
