Though I was anticipating the teaser video to be fleshed out as Anthony Gonzalez, a.k.a. M83, eeks out details on his sixth album, "Midnight City" is an extremely well-constructed and captivating piece of music. With grizzly auto-tuned vocals, yelping synths and trademark M83 swells and crescendos, the first single from Hurry Up, We're Dreaming is a gorgeous prelude to the double album due October 18. Details have been fleshed out below with track listings for both records, plus fall tour dates supporting the album's release. Download "Midnight City" here or through M83's website in exchange for an email address.
