Boots Electric

Versatility ain't no deal breaker, and Jesse Hughes has plenty of it. After three successful albums with Eagles of Death Metal, he's embracing his funkier side and releasing a solo album under the pseudonym Boots Electric. With some help from Beastie Boys collaborator / keyboardist Money Mark, Hughes will reveal the glam-pop side to his brand of rock 'n' roll in Honkey Kong, which is due September 20. Not sure what the hell that will sound like? No worries. The first single is already out and ready for you to groove to. Featuring Brody Dalle, "Boots Electric Theme" can be streamed and downloaded below for the minor price of an email.
