Secret Garden Video Series: Fanfarlo (SXSW Edition) from hoovesontheturf on Vimeo
The great Hooves On The Turf blog posted an excellent backyard performance with England's Fanfarlo as part of the site's series The Secret Garden. The video, shot a few blocks from the Red House Pizzeria in Austin during SXSW, features three songs from the band's new album, Reservoir: "Finish Line," "Luna," and "Comets." The group's lead singer Simon Balthazar reminds me of Alec Ounsworth of Clap Your Hands Say Yeah... but with an accent.
