Today has been a day for soundclouds. However this week, at least for me, has been a week for remixes and house music. I've been starting, continuing and ending my day in high-energy beats and ass-wigglin' computer noises. Ladytron's Ace of Hz EP will do the trick for awhile after it comes out tomorrow, with remixes from Tiesto, Punks Jump Up and NYCPARTYINFO. They haven't done much since Velocifero's release in 2008, but this year they plan to not only release this EP but also get a Best Of album out. There's rumors that "Ace of Hz" will be on an upcoming fifth, but not much else has been said on the matter. I was in love with Velocifero for a month so I look forward to the opportunity to fall in love again.
Sigh. Above is Punks Jump Up's dub remix, below is a tracklisting and further than that is Tiesto's remix and the original track. I know I've kind of put them in backwards order, but the remixes slay the original . . . in my opinion.
