Remixes of remixes should seem like an insult, as if the original artist didn't do an excellent job the first time. But the truth of the matter is, is that it's up to each artist's interpretation, and in the case of Crystal Castle's remix of HEALTH's "Crimewave," each remix of a remix of a remix keeps bring the delicious vibes back even stronger.
This time around, it's LAZRtag who manages to pull the strengths of Crystal Castle's remix and makes it into a slightly more dancey and club-tastic sound. Sure, it can be confusing on who is really artistically shining through – HEALTH or Crystal Castles or LAZRtag – but it's definitely more about how it makes you move than anything else.
