Sleigh Bells

HTML can be a bitch, especially if you can't pirate a video off of another site to share with all your friends. That said, I couldn't let the day pass without sharing two new videos that were released today, one by thick-bassed guitar-riffing Sleigh Bells and the other by politically-infused monotone-rapping M.I.A.

I already thought "Infinity Guitars" was sexy, but after seeing it supplemented with Alexis' hair whipping across half-parted lips, swinging a bat, admiring an effigy of burning guitars, I thought I couldn't be more turned on. That makes it all the more jarring when sweet-faced cheerleaders kick and smile in cut scenes.
See the video in its entirety at NME.com, then bounce over to the second paragraph to hear about –

A video released by M.I.A. uses captcha boxes used to detect robots to emulate 3-D vortexes reminiscent of "Weird Science." Mind-numbing? Yes, especially with the repetitive tone of the song droning throughout the neon images. Check it out at http://yesthelittlepeoplewillneverwinbuttheycanfuckshitup.com/. Yeah, she bought a domain just for the video. Is this the new generation of shock artists?
