Soft combines the feelings of superficial pop with the awkward ambiance of shoegaze to create a sound that is both light-hearted and slightly saccharine. With imperviously clear vocals and synchronized drums and piano, their primary single "Bleary Eyes" is perfectly catchy and great for sing-a-longs. Their latest album, Dogs, got a head start in Japan but is out stateside so these native New Yorkers can share with their friends and neighbors. Enjoy what could be the birth of a guilty pleasure with "Bleary Eyes" above and two more Dogs tracks through the soundclouds.
