Just what I wanted– advice about boys from '60s garage-rock trio Vivian Girls. Borrowing a similar narrative from a certain '50s-inspired musical, "Take It As It Comes" combines a playful amount of narrative between two of the girls with uplifting lyrics about how not to act around a guy you like. While the track might not be the newest – it's on their April release of Share the Joy – they do want you to take the track for free to coax you out of the possible anger you might feel that they are only touring in Great Britain next month. I'm sure they'll make their way stateside eventually . . .
