One delectable bit of news that escaped SXSW was that Toro Y Moi has been accessorizing with a full band. Are you surprised? You shouldn't be if you had a chance to explore all those intricate layers of his newest and best record, Underneath the Pine. The better question is: are you on board? I know everyone approves around here, but being the Internet skeptics that we are, we decided we needed some proof. Without much of a nudge, Ian McNeil shot his hand up and generously offered to get us all the proof we needed. And from the looks of it, all those stories about a new band, were true.
